CARNAL FORGE To Tour With Childhood Idols

Swedish thrashers CARNAL FORGE are currently preparing to embark on The 2003 Metal Gods Tour, a multi-band package featuring HALFORD, co-headliners TESTAMENT, IMMORTAL, PAIN MUSEUM, and AMON AMARTH. The trek is set to kick off on April 25 at the House Of Blues in Chicago.

CARNAL FORGE bassist Lars Linden commented on the upcoming tour by saying, "CARNAL FORGE is very happy to be a part of the Metal Gods tour! After a long wait we finally get the opportunity to tour the states with some great bands. We have been on our way for quite some time, but our plans have always seem to have collided with other commitments, but now the timing is perfect. This time you won't get away!!! CARNAL FORGE is coming to get you! It feels very cool to be playing with the same bands that inspired me to start playing metal. I wouldn't have believed it when I was younger if some one would have said that I was going to be on the same stage as Rob Halford and TESTAMENT!"

CARNAL FORGE's fourh full-length album, "The More You Suffer", is due on April 22 through Century Media Records.
